Overview
The homeowner had assembled cameras, smart locks, sensors, lighting, and climate devices over several years. Each worked independently, but managing the property required switching between apps and remembering different routines.
We created a unified interface that connected the most useful functions into one secure control layer. The household could check cameras, unlock approved doors, set scenes, and confirm home status from a single mobile view.
Our Strategy
The integration began with a device audit to identify reliable connection paths and security-sensitive controls. We then prioritized the everyday actions the household wanted to complete quickly, from arriving home to checking an unoccupied property.
Simple automation rules connected devices without making the home unpredictable. For example, an approved arrival could trigger a welcome scene while an away mode could confirm locks, arm selected zones, and adjust lighting.

Measured Results
The new control experience simplified daily routines and gave the homeowner confidence that the property could be checked or secured from anywhere. The interface also makes future additions easier to manage.
The project reduced control-app switching by 82%, brought 35 devices into a shared control layer, and achieved 96% successful execution across scheduled routines.
