Overview
The homeowners had invested in premium lighting, motorized shades, and HVAC equipment, but each system required its own app and routine. The result was capable technology that felt disconnected in everyday life.
We built a unified home-automation layer that brought lighting scenes, shade positions, climate settings, and occupancy-aware routines into one simple control experience. The system was tuned to support both everyday comfort and away-from-home security.
Our Strategy
Workshops with the family focused on actual habits: early mornings, school runs, entertaining, bedtime, and travel. These moments became named scenes with practical defaults instead of unnecessary complexity.
Energy settings were balanced against comfort, with temperature setbacks and shade schedules that respond to time of day. Manual controls remained available in every room so the experience always felt intuitive.

Measured Results
The residence now transitions naturally through the day, with one-touch scenes and remote status checking for the whole home. The family gained easier control without sacrificing the tactile convenience of familiar switches.
Automation reduced after-hours lighting waste by 33%, shortened daily comfort adjustments by 71%, and connected 28 controllable zones into a single routine system.
